Sydney Event Cruises can help you to plan your decorations, catering, photos, or entertainment. Pick up wharves can be arranged at a location convenient for you and we allow you to design the cruise course and structure according to your requirements.

The Blue Moon Majestic can accommodate 50–170 guests (on two levels or 110 on a single level) for banquet style dining or up to 270 guests for casual Cocktail Receptions. She is fully air-conditioned for comfort in Summer or the cooler months, with a professional sound and lighting system for your enjoyment. With so many years experience, we believe that there are 3 essential ingredients to consider when designing your own cruise:

Boat Hire rates are flexible and have many parameters to consider. They are affected by seasonal times (peak 1 October to 31 March or off peak 1 April to 30 September), the type of occasion being celebrated and the number of guests, the day of the week, whether its daytime afternoon or evening, and other items such as the menu and beverage options chosen.

Catering costs are determined by the number of guests, the style of function (formal or casual) and the menu chosen. A selection of menus are available on request and we can cater to your budget. The Blue Moon Majestic has a 24-hr liquor license and supports RSA regulations. We have a range of Bar Options available. Please click here for more details.  Due to licensing laws we are unable to offer a BYO option.

Your Entertainment options are unlimited including DJ’s, Karaoke, Comic Magicians, Clowns, Hypnotists, Pigeon Clay Shooting, Cartoonists, Live Bands, Brazilian Shows, Casino Tables, Motivational Speakers and much more.

You may also access the vessel to add your own decorations. Our friendly booking staff can help you arrange Balloons, Novelty Cakes, Fairy lights, Ice Sculptures, Candelabras, Flowers, Hawaiian Themes or we can order decorations to suit your theme.
